Having studied at the University of Cambridge, qualified as a secondary mathematics teacher, and delivered hundreds of hours of 1-to-1 online maths sessions over the past five years, I noticed a consistent problem with traditional tuition: Too often, it is limited to a single, reactive hour each week, leaving students without the broader structure or strategies they need to study independently.
