Welcome to Zach Stears Tuition. By booking a consultation, accessing our website, or enrolling in any of our tuition or academic coaching programmes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services & Lessons

• All lessons are delivered online via interactive digital workspaces and video conferencing.
• Standard lessons are 55 minutes in duration unless agreed otherwise.
• Every lesson includes access to curated resources, post-session notes, and syllabus tracking.

2. Bookings & Payment Terms

• Initial Trial Period: The first two sessions with a matched tutor are arranged on a no-commitment, pay-as-you-go basis to ensure a strong fit.
• Block Bookings: Following the initial sessions, lessons are booked and invoiced in monthly blocks of at least four sessions to reserve a weekly timetable slot.
• Payment: Invoices must be settled prior to the start of each block via bank transfer or approved payment link.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session without charge.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or unattended by the student will be charged at the full session rate, as the mentor's time has been reserved.
• If a tutor must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative session time will be provided.

4. Safeguarding & Code of Conduct

• All mentors are interviewed, vetted, and hold enhanced DBS certification.
• Lessons are conducted in a professional, encouraging, and supportive environment.
• For students under 18, a parent or guardian must be reachable during lesson times.

5. Disclaimers & Results

While our educational framework, diagnostic tools, and mentors are dedicated to maximizing student progress and confidence, academic grades ultimately depend on multiple factors, including student engagement, independent revision, and exam-day performance. We do not offer guaranteed examination grades.
